About The Newcastle Law Review

Based in Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia, ‘The Newcastle Law Review’ was launched in 1995. Since its inception, an impressive variety of articles and notes have been published representing both traditional categories of legal scholarship and interdisciplinary contributions. The text of the Sir Ninian Stephen Lecture is published each year. The Editorial Board comprises eminent judges, practitioners and legal academics from Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.
